Their customer care goes on even after the tour ended!
TripAdvisor review: 10 Days Namibia Explorer Accommodated Adventure
My trip was in Aug. I had forgotten to take my iPad out of the hotel safe in Swakopmund and only realized it at the end of the trip when we were back in Windhoek. From Windhoek, the rest of them continued to Botswana so it was not possible to get it back.
However, Africa4us tour guide and office kept in touch with me even after my return to Singapore. They collected it from the hotel after a couple months when another group drove from South Africa to Namibia. I had a friend vacationing in Cape Town last month and they dropped it off at her hotel. So I got my iPad back! Really appreciate your excellent care and service africa4us. Thank you so much!

TripAdvisor review: Africa4us
If you are thinking of going to Namibia, Africa4us is the only travel company to go with. Namibia roads can be incredibly bumpy and fortunately we were riding in their oversized, unique overland truck. I can’t rave about it more – it has individual “tables” and lockers, USB ports, reclining seats. I think only thing missing is a shower :O) I have never been on such a transport as previous trips are the usual vans/buses.
The guide and driver are very friendly and hardworking. During our 2 days in Etosha Park, the driver “Captain C” drove more than 8 hrs/day for us to see the animals, and that’s excluding the 1+hr driving to get from our hotel to the park and back.
Everyday was packed with activities which was included in the tour price and most meals were included too. On the one free & easy day off in Swakopmund, optional tours were arranged for us and they turned out great. We put up at the La Mer Hotel in Swakopmund which was easily the best and very comfortable. The rest of the hotels are out in the park so didn’t expect too much from that. Only complain is that they could do better by not putting us up at the Windhoek Safari Hotel. My pre 1 and post 1 night stays were there. Restaurant service, reception and rooms are all bad. Suggest you book your own accommodation for pre and post. For the same price USD88/night, you can get a hotel with much better ratings.
